CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-011 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ANDREA STEPHENS AS AN INTERIM <br />COUNCILMEMBER ON THE <br />SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE CITY COUNCIL <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Saint Anthony City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village will conduct a special election on August 13, <br />2024 to fulfill the remaining City Councilmember term that ends on January 6, <br />2026; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village City Council wishes to appoint an interim <br />Councilmember January 2024 until August 2024; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby appoints Andrea Stephens as an interim Councilmember until a new <br />councilmember is elected in August 2024. <br />Adopted this 9th day of January, 2024. <br />______________________________________ <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _____________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />83
