CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-013 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING BEER/WINE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR LA VILLITA <br />AT 2510 KENZIE TERRACE. <br />WHEREAS, the applicant's filed a completed application for a Beer/Wine Liquor License <br />for 2510 Kenzie Terrace on January 9, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the new applicant, La Villita, will provide food and beverage service at La <br />Villita restaurant and anticipate opening as soon as possible; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of a 3.2 On Sale Malt Liquor License for La <br />Villata at 2510 Kenzie Terrace. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village hereby approves a 3.2 On Sale Malt Liquor License for La Villita located at <br />2510 Kenzie Terrace. <br />Adopted this 23'd day January, 2024. <br />ATTEST <br />Wendy We ter, Mayor -- <br />Citj4Clerku — <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
