ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 JANUARY 9, 2024 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Webster called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Webster invited the Council and audience to join in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Webster, Councilmembers Doolan, Jenson, and Randle. <br />16 <br />17 Absent:None <br />18 <br />19 Also Present:City Manager Charlie Yunker, City Planner Steve Grittman, and President and CEO <br />20 NYFS Angela Lewis-Dmello, <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />24 ITEMS. <br />25 <br />I.26 APPROVAL OF JANUARY 9, 2024 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />27 <br />28 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />29 Council Meeting Agenda of January 9, 2024 as presented. <br />30 <br />31 Motion carried 4-0. <br />32 <br />33 II.PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITION. <br />34 <br />A.35 Swearing in of Mayor and Councilmembers. <br />36 <br />37 Councilmember Jenson administered the Oath of Office for Wendy Webster as Mayor of the <br />38 City of St. Anthony Village. <br />39 <br />40 Councilmember Jenson administered the Oath of Office for Lona Doolan as Councilmember of <br />41 the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />42 <br />43 Councilmember Jenson administered the Oath of Office for Thomas Randle as Councilmember <br />44 of the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />45 <br />B.46 Students in Government Presentations. <br />47 <br />48 Two students from the November Students in Government program shared their experiences <br />49 while participating in the program.
