Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />December 12, 2023 <br />Page 2 <br />1 <br />1.2 Confirm the City agrees that Doran has met the terms of completion for the first phase, per <br />3 the Completion of Phase 1 Minimum Improvements based on the issuance of a Certificate of <br />4 Occupancy in December 2022, and <br />2.5 Request an extension of timing requirements on Phase 2. In Section 2(a), Doran SLV, LLC <br />6 proposes Phase II Commencement deadline of January 1, 2025 and completion date of <br />7 January 1, 2027. <br />8 <br />9 Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to approve HRA <br />10 Resolution 23-02 – Approving Third Amendment to Contract for Redevelopment with Doran <br />11 SLV, LLC. <br />12 <br />13 Motion carried 5-0. <br />14 <br />V.15 STAFF REPORTS – NONE. <br />16 <br />17 VI.H.R.A.
