March 19, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br />The proposed site plan for the current application utilizes the same layout and location. As can <br />be seen, the site occupies 2 ranks of parking in the existing parking lot. As situated, the existing <br />drive aisles would remain unobstructed. The store owner has is the applicant, and there is no <br />expectation that the proposed location or layout would create problems for either the site, or <br />for public services that may be needed. <br />The applicant should identify how the site will be served for restroom purposes, and whether <br />the employees will have access to facilities in permanent businesses on the site. If a temporary <br />restroom facility will be located to comply with the intent of Section 152.190(E) to ensure that <br />it is placed in the least visible location. <br />Signage for the facility is not shown on the submitted drawings. Any signage should consist <br />only of “wall” signage. No freestanding signage is to be employed on the site.
