Mr. Grittman <br />3 stated they would be allowed in both districts. <br />4 <br />5 Section 12 – No comments. <br />6 <br />7 Section 13 – No comments. <br />8 <br />9 Chair Socha closed the public hearing at 7:54 p.m. <br />10 <br />11 Motion by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Morita, to recommend the <br />12 City Council adopt the amended Ordinance containing City Code Updates. <br />13 <br />14 Motion carried 4-0. <br />15 <br />16 IV.STAFF REPORTS. <br />17 <br />18 Mr. Grittman noted the Code changes will go before the City Council at their first meeting in <br />19 March. Three readings will be done with adoption in April 2024. <br />20 <br />21 The adult care facility reviewed in December by the Planning Commission and recommended <br />22 that City Council approve. Approval was granted in January 2024. <br />23 <br />24 V.OTHER BUSINES - NONE. <br />25 <br />26 VI.COMMUNITY FORUM - NONE. <br />27 <br />28 No one appeared to address the Planning Commission. <br />29 <br />30 VII.INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />31 <br />32 Chair Socha welcomed the three new members of the Planning Commission – Commissioner <br />33 Minerva Hark, Commissioner Barbara Anderson and Student Liaison Henry Kling. <br />34 <br />35 VIII.
