March 26, 2024 <br />Page 5 <br />2.The applicant receives, and provides to the City, operational information related to utility <br />services and any details related to use and location of portable restroom facilities on the <br />premises. If portable restroom facilities are proposed at some point in the future, the <br />applicant may provide information to the City and staff shall have the authority to <br />approve a location consistent with the requirements of the City Code. <br />3.The CUP is provided for the requested site only. Changes in location, size, operation, or <br />other aspects of the facility will require a new CUP application. The CUP, per the <br />allowances of the Zoning Ordinance relating to Temporary Structures, remains valid for <br />the location and site as proposed, with need only for annual administrative review, <br />provided no expansion or other substantive changes are proposed. <br />This recommendation is based on a finding that the proposal, with the conditions cited, is <br />consistent with the requirements for Conditional Use Permit consideration, with the long-term <br />objectives of the recommendations and policies of the St. Anthony Comprehensive Plan. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Exhibit A:Location map <br />Exhibit B:Application and Supporting Material <br />Exhibit C: Resolution 24-023 <br />25
