ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-026 <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR THE 2024 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS,by direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a proposed assessment of the <br />cost of the following improvement has been prepared: <br />Mill and Overlay <br />Roosevelt Street Northeast from 37th Avenue Northeast to 34th Avenue Northeast <br />Edward Street Northeast from 35th Avenue Northeast to 34th Avenue Northeast <br />Harding Street Northeast from 36th Avenue Northeast to 34th Avenue Northeast <br />35th Avenue Northeast from Stinson Boulevard to Harding Street Northeast <br />34th Street Northeast from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />Roosevelt Court from 33rd Avenue Northeast to the cul-de-sac <br />Belden Drive from 34th Avenue Northeast to 33rd Avenue Northeast <br />Roosevelt Street Northeast from 33rd Avenue Northeast to 31st Avenue Northeast <br />Edward Street Northeast from 33rd Avenue Northeast to 31st Avenue Northeast <br />Wilson Street Northeast from 32nd Avenue Northeast to 30th Avenue Northeast <br />Belden Drive from 33rd Avenue Northeast to 32nd Avenue Northeast <br />Harding Street Northeast from 31st Avenue Northeast to 30th Avenue Northeast <br />Hilldale Avenue Northeast from Belden Drive to Silver Lake Road <br />32nd Avenue Northeast from Edward Street Northeast to Silver Lake Road <br />Townview Avenue from Wilson Street Northeast to Silver Lake Road <br />31st Avenue Northeast from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />Saint Anthony Road from Roosevelt Street Northeast to Edward Street Northeast <br />Hilldale Avenue Northeast from Silver Lake Road to Rankin Road <br />32nd Avenue Northeast from Silver Lake Road to Rankin Road <br />Miscellaneous Construction <br />Salo Park <br />o Remove and replace cracked concrete <br />Silver Point Park <br />o Mill and overlay parking lot <br />o Remove and replace basketball court <br />o Reclaim and pave trail <br />o Remove and replace cracked concrete <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1.)A hearing shall be held on the 23rd day of April 2024, in the City Council Chambers at 7:00 P.M., or as <br />soon thereafter as possible, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons <br />owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to <br />such assessment. <br />2.)The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be <br />published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the <br />notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the <br />owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less two weeks prior to the hearing. <br />96
