CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 24-026 A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE 2024 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, by direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a proposed assessment of the cost of the following improvement has been prepared: Mill and Overlay • Roosevelt Street Northeast from 37' Avenue Northeast to 34' Avenue Northeast • Edward Street Northeast from 35' Avenue Northeast to 341 Avenue Northeast • Harding Street Northeast from 36' Avenue Northeast to 34' Avenue Northeast • 35' Avenue Northeast from Stinson Boulevard to Harding Street Northeast • 34' Street Northeast from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road • Roosevelt Court from 33`d Avenue Northeast to the cul-de-sac • Belden Drive from 34' Avenue Northeast to 33`d Avenue Northeast • Roosevelt Street Northeast from 331 Avenue Northeast to 3 1 " Avenue Northeast • Edward Street Northeast from 33'd Avenue Northeast to 3 1 " Avenue Northeast • Wilson Street Northeast from 32n1 Avenue Northeast to 30' Avenue Northeast • Belden Drive from 33`d Avenue Northeast to 32nd Avenue Northeast • Harding Street Northeast from 3 1 " Avenue Northeast to 30' Avenue Northeast • Hilldale Avenue Northeast from Belden Drive to Silver Lake Road • 32"d Avenue Northeast from Edward Street Northeast to Silver Lake Road • Townview Avenue from Wilson Street Northeast to Silver Lake Road • 3131 Avenue Northeast from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road • Saint Anthony Road from Roosevelt Street Northeast to Edward Street Northeast • Hilldale Avenue Northeast from Silver Lake Road to Rankin Road • 32' Avenue Northeast from Silver Lake Road to Rankin Road Miscellaneous Construction • Salo Park o Remove and replace cracked concrete • Silver Point Park o Mill and overlay parking lot o Remove and replace basketball court o Reclaim and pave trail o Remove and replace cracked concrete NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: 1.) A hearing shall be held on the 231d day of April 2024, in the City Council Chambers at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2.) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less two weeks prior to the hearing.
