The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of $2,361,900. 2.) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 231 day of April 2024, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. 3.) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed improvements to
