CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-029 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2024-01 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning City Code updates to Sections of the City Code relating to Nuisance, Signage, Permitting, <br />Performance Standards and Land Use. <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2024-01. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2024-01 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2024-01 <br />An Ordinance Amending Sections 92 Nuisances, 155 Signage and Permitting, and 152 Performance <br />Standards and Land Use <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2024-01 on April 9, 2024, amending multiple <br />sections of the St. Anthony City Code. <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br />• Chapter 92 Nuisances related to noise and storage. <br />• Chapter 155 Signage, Permitting related to abandoned signs. <br />• Chapter 152 Performance Standards and Land Use related to landscape screening, prohibition of rodent <br />harborage, conditional uses in the commercial and light industrial districts. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 9th day of April, 2024. <br />ti'l��ctul it.L r�vY�Gl-I-� <br />Wendy Webst r, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
