<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID
<br />FOR THE 2024 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
<br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to an advertisement forbids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the
<br />above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and
<br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that North Valley, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
<br />1.) The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with North
<br />Valley, hic. in the amount of $2,024,956.77 in the name of the City of St. Anthony Village,
<br />Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project according to the plans and
<br />specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
<br />2.) The Engineer, W SB, is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
<br />made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next two lowest
<br />bidders shall be retained until a contract has been signed
<br />Adopted this 23' day of Anril, 2024.
