Along with the knowledge in Dentistry, I have Continuing Education in
nutrition, and have worked to promote healthy lifestyles in the community. I have worked with patients one on one for over 40
years, developing listening skills, trust, patience, integrity, compassion and friendships. I take great pride in being an honest,
hardworking and a reliable person. I believe these same skills would be valuable to any council member to solve the needs of
the City and St. Anthony citizens which come before the council.
How does your background add value to your role as a council member?
Besides my role as a clinician in our Dental Practice, (in which my husband and I built from the ground up), I am also the
Office Manager. I know the value of treating employees well, some having been with us for 20 to 30 years. I have had to
research and solve business issues that arise, including always being fiscally responsible.
My background in living here for over 55 years, gives me the historical perspective of how St. Anthony has grown to be the
desirable place it is today. The location, sense of community and small town feeling is what has drawn people to move and
remain here, and that is our core strength.
