City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />April 23, 2024 <br />Page 10 <br />1 Assistant/Deputy Fire Chief. Minette Saulog was selected as the new Sustainability Coordinator. <br />2 She was the GreenCorp Intern five years ago. Nicole Miller will be the next City Administrator <br />3 in Lake Elmo. The City is sad to see her go but happy for that opportunity. <br />4 <br />5 Councilmember Randle stated on Sunday, April 14 he attended the Sister Cities Meeting. On <br />6 Sunday, April 21 he was invited to a group bible study. <br />7 <br />8 Councilmember Doolan stated the April 11 Chamber banquet. On April 13 the Village <br />9 Gardeners had their Spring meeting. On April 16, she attended a League of Women Voters <br />10 presentation. She attended both the Falcon Heights and St. Anthony Open Houses. On April 20 <br />11 she attended Kiwanis event. She attended an Inflation Reduction Meeting. On April 22, she <br />12 picked up litter along Mississippi River. Earlier today she worked with the Ecology Club that <br />13 adopted the drains by Wilshire. She reminded residents of Earth Day, Kiwanis Pancake <br />14 Breakfast, Pops Concerts and Jersey Mikes High School fundraiser. <br />15 <br />16 Councilmember Stephens stated she attended the Chamber of Commerce Meeting and the <br />17 service for Chief Mangseth. She has been meeting individually with the Councilmembers for the <br />18 onboarding process. <br />19 <br />20 Councilmember Jenson stated on he attended Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting. On April <br />21 11 he attended the Climate Action Working Group Meeting. On April 12 he attended the Ramsey <br />22 County Local League of Governments Program Meeting. On April 20 he attended the St. <br />23 Anthony History Committee Annual Meeting. <br />24 <br />25 Mayor Webster stated she attended the St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner on <br />26 April 11. On April 14, she and Councilmember Stephens met to do some Council onboarding. <br />27 On April 17 and April 18 she attended the Town Hall events in Falcon Heights and St. Anthony. <br />28 On April 20, she attended the Historical Society Annual Meeting and met with Councilmember <br />29 Jenson to discuss onboarding of Councilmembers. <br />30 <br />31 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Webster invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items <br />34 that are not on the regular agenda. <br />35 <br />36 Ms. Pat Taylor 2928 Rankin Road stated the process will take a lot of time regarding the <br />37 partnership. She asked what other City business will be put aside and what is being sacrificed. <br />38 <br />39 IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />40 <br />41 Councilmember Jenson announced on April 24, 2024 the Annual Meeting for Metro Cities will <br />42 be held in Roseville. <br />43 <br />44 Mayor Webster stated on April 27, 2024 is Parks Clean-up from 10:00 a.m. —12:00 p.m. <br />45 <br />46 Mayor Webster wished the Jewish residents in St. Anthony a Happy Passover. <br />
