ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-037 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF OFFICE SPACE <br />WHEREAS, The Fire Chief requested quotes from four contractors to construct office space in the current <br />Fire Department building to provide office space for the Assistant Fire Chief, and <br />WHEREAS, Three contractors responded with the following quotes, and <br />Contractor Total Ouote <br />Total Construction Solutions $31,695.00 <br />Rehabbers Choice LLC $26,500.00 <br />RAK Construction, Inc. $26,784.00 <br />WHEREAS, after reviewing the project details and bids, RAK Construction, hie of East Bethel, MN <br />provides the best value for the project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that <br />the Fire Chief is hereby approved to enter into a contract with RAK Construction, hie. in the amount of <br />$26,784.00 outlined in the above referenced project. <br />Adopted this 28�' day of May, 2024. <br />ATTES koye, <br />J fer City Cle <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Wendy Webste , Mayor <br />Ch lie Yunker, City Manager <br />
