We will be a collaborative partner indecision-making and implementation of activities to reach your conservation goals and those laid out in the HMP
and/or EIP.
2.Ecological improvement is a long process that often occurs in several stages, and it can take years to develop thecharacteristics of a healthy system. Transitioning a degraded or non-native ecosystem is not a linear path and may
require adoption of new methods over time as we both learn more about how the habitat and wildlife respond.
3.Hennepin County staff and you will work together to achieve the goals in the HMP and/or EIP. There are many
ways to reach these goals, and we will consider your input, costs, technique efficacy, and best science to choose
well-informed approaches. We will also work with you to adapt and address to changes over time.
4.To the best of your ability, you will notify Hennepin County staff to changes in ecological conditions that are not
in-line with the HMP and/or EIP goals. For example, if erosion or non-native plants are observed within the project area, please communicate that to Hennepin County staff.
5.The Ecological Improvement Plan (attached) has specific maintenance or management requirements for the
partner/applicant related to the conservation project(s). These management requirements should reflect our
conversations about your available resources and ability to assist. If you do not feel that they do, or if that
changes, please communicate that to Hennepin County staff.
6.The partner/applicant will allow Hennepin County, the MN Land Trust, and/or any co-holder organization's
representatives access to the Project Area for continued integrated and adaptive habitat management over the
duration of executed Scopes of Work related to the EIP.
Saint Anthony Village 3301 SILVER LAKE RD, Minneapolis, MN 55418
richard.sonterre@savmn.com612-782-3438
Silver Point Park (Multiple 0702923120006) Central Park (0602923120130 and 0602923120129)
