2 <br />5.Insurance. Grantee is a self-insured governmental entity. <br />6.Scope of Right of Entry. The grant of the Right of Entry to the Grantee by the Grantor <br />shall not be assignable and not confer any estate, title, or exclusive possessory rights in <br />the Premises to Grantee, and may be terminated upon twenty-four (24) hours written <br />notice by the Grantor to Grantee; provided that the provisions of Section 3 hereof shall <br />survive termination of this Right of Entry. <br />7.Notices. All notices and demands required hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed <br />given when personally delivered or sent by first class mail, addressed to the parties: <br />Grantee:Hennepin County c/o Matthew Stasica <br />Land Conservationist / County Agricultural Inspector <br />Hennepin County Public Works <br />Environment and Energy Department <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55415-1842 <br />Grantor: <br />8.Additional Provisions: <br />Access to the properties shown on the attached map will be for the following purposes: <br />Prairie restoration for pollinator gardens. Parties acknowledge that the prairie restoration <br />may require Hennepin County Environment and Energy to make temporary or permanent <br />changes to the Property, to which Grantor hereby consents.
