ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-040 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE <br />2025 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS,the following locations are proposed for improvement: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />Macalaster Drive from 39th Ave to Railroad <br />Mill and Overlay <br />39th Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />30th Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street NE to Silver Lake Road <br />Murray Avenue from Roosevelt Street NE Coolidge Street NE <br />29th Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Highway 88 <br />Roosevelt Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 30th Avenue NE <br />Wilson Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 30th Avenue NE <br />Coolidge Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 29th Avenue NE <br />Anthony Lane N from 29th Avenue NE to Cul-de-sac <br />Repave Trail and Basketball Court (Optional Bid) <br />Central Park <br />WHEREAS,a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />The proposed improvement be referred to WSB for study and that they are instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br />Adopted this 11th day of June, 2024. <br /> <br />_____________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> Jennifer Doyle, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration:______________________________ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />41
