MEMORANDUM <br />To:St. Anthony Village Planning Commission <br />From:Stephen Grittman, City Planner <br />Date:Planning Commission Regular Meeting for June 18, 2024 <br />GC File No:140-01 – 24.04 <br />Request:Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an electronic (digital display) sign <br />for Boulevard Autoworks at 2801 Kenzie Terrace <br />BACKGROUND AND STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The applicant is proposing to replace an existing freestanding sign with a ground/monument sign with <br />an electronic message displays located at 2801 Kenzie Terrace. The ground sign would be located along <br />the area of the parcel adjacent to Kenzie Terrace in the location of the current sign.
