NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING <br />June 18, 2024, 7:00 p.m. <br />City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, MN 55418 <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Saint Anthony Village Planning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing to solicit public response to a proposed Conditional Use Permit for a monument sign with a <br />digital sign component at 2801 Kenzie Terrace. The proposed sign will replace the existing freestanding <br />sign in the same location. <br />The City Council is expected to consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation of the proposed <br />Conditional Use Permit at their regular meeting on July 9, 2024, pending Commission action. <br />The Planning Commission agenda and packet item relating to this application will be made available <br />prior to the meeting online at www.savmn.com. <br />Ways to Comment: <br />In Person <br />The public is welcome to attend in person at the City of Saint Anthony Community Center, 3301 Silver <br />Lake Road, in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. <br />Written <br />Written comments may be taken at the St. Anthony Village City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota 55418 until the date of the public hearing. <br />Comments can also be conveyed via email, to planner@savmn.com until the date of the public hearing. <br />Questions? <br />Questions may be directed to the City Planner at 612-409-6503. <br />The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed request to the City <br />Council for consideration at a subsequent meeting date at City Hall. <br />Steve Grittman <br />City Planner
