6.Existing Landscape Escrow. The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that (a) the <br />Phase I Developer previously escrowed a landscape escrow in the amount of $25,000 pursuant to <br />Paragraph F.7. of the Original Agreement (“Existing Escrow”); (b) $12,500 of the Existing Escrow <br />shall hereinafter represent a landscape escrow for the Phase I Property (“Phase I Landscape <br />Escrow”) and such Phase I Landscape Escrow shall be released to the Phase I Developer following <br />the _______ growing season (approximately ______ of _______), subject to the release <br />requirements set forth in Paragraph F.7 of the Original Agreement; (c) the remaining $12,500 of <br />the Existing Escrow represents a landscape escrow for the Phase II Property (“Phase II Landscape <br />Escrow”) and such Phase II Landscape Escrow shall be released to the Phase II Developer and <br />Owner in accordance with the terms of Paragraph F.7 of the Original Agreement. <br />7.Notices.
