ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-042 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A QUOTE <br />FOR THE HIGHCREST ROAD STORM SEWER REPAIR <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to a request for quotes for the removal and replacement of the existing storm sewer <br />culvert between Highcrest Road and Mirror Lake, quotes were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law, and the following quotes were received complying with the <br />request: <br />Contractor Total Quote <br />Bituminous Roadways, Inc. $64,215.00 <br />Northwest Asphalt, hic. $71,730.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways, Inc. of Mendota Heights, Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible quote, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1.) The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Bituminous Roadways, Inc. in the amount of $64,215.00 in the name of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project. <br />Adopted this 25th day of June, 2024. <br />ATTEST: ` 7- - U — - ° <br />Jennifer Doyle, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Gf/ ry <br />Wendy Web ter, Mayor <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
