CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-047 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2024-02 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning City Code updates to Sections of the City Code relating to Beekeeping and Farm Animals. <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2024-02. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2024-02 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2024-02 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 91, Sections 91.06 and 91.56 Relating to Beekeeping <br />and Farm Animals <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2024-02 on July 9, 2024, amending sections of <br />the St. Anthony City Code. <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br />• Chapter 91 Sections 91.06 and 91.56 relating to Beekeeping and Faun Animals <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 9th day of July, 2024. <br />ATTEST: Cnntpyt <br />Jennifer Doyle, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
