ANTHONY <br />2 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />3 JUNE 18, 2024 <br />4 7:00 p.m. <br />5 <br />6 CALL TO ORDER. <br />7 <br />8 Chair Socha called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />9 <br />10 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />11 <br />12 Chair Socha invited the Commission and the audience to join her in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />13 <br />14 ROLL CALL. <br />15 <br />16 Commissioners Present:Chair Socha, Commissioners Anderson, Erickson, Gaveske, Hark, <br />17 Morita and Rude. <br />18 <br />19 Absent:None <br />20 <br />21 Also Present: City Planner Stephen Grittman. <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 I.APPROVAL OF THE JUNE 18, 2024 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />25 AGENDA. <br />26 <br />27 Motion by Commissioner Morita, seconded by Commissioner Erickson, to approve the June <br />28 18, 2024 Regular Planning Commission Meeting Agenda. <br />29 <br />30 Motion carried 7-0. <br />31 <br />32 II.APPROVAL OF MAY 21, 2024, REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />33 MINUTES. <br />34 <br />35 Motion by Commissioner Rude, seconded by Commissioner Hark, to approve the May 21, <br />36 2024, Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. <br />37 <br />38 Motion carried 7-0. <br />39 <br />40 III.PUBLIC HEARING. <br />41 <br />A.42 Conditional Use Permit – 2801 Kenzie Terrace. <br />43 <br />44 Chair Socha opened the public hearing at 7:04 p.m. <br />45 <br />46 City Planner Stephen Grittman reviewed the applicant is proposing to replace an existing <br />47 freestanding sign with a ground/monument sign with an electronic message display located at <br />48 2801 Kenzie Terrace.
