HENNEPIN COUNTY AUDITOR'S <br />CERTIFICATE AS TO REGISTRATION AND TAX LEVY <br />The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting County Auditor of Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota, hereby certifies that there has been filed in my office a certified copy of a resolution <br />duly adopted on September 10, 2024, by the City Council of St. Anthony, Minnesota, setting forth <br />the form and details of an issue of $1,780,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series <br />2024A dated the date of issuance thereof. <br />I further certify that the issue has been entered on my bond register and the tax required by <br />law for their payment has been levied and filed as required by Minnesota Statutes, Sections 475.61 <br />through 475.63. <br />WITNESS my hand and official seal on the day of September, 2024. <br />Hennepin County Auditor <br />(SEAL) <br />
