The system’s output is <br /> then routed down the north face of the building to the first AC disconnect, before <br /> entering the buried conduit run. The buried conduits lead to the fusible AC disconnect <br /> on the exterior wall adjacent to the interior service disconnect, where we will <br /> interconnect. <br /> Project Management Plan <br /> Our Commercial project managers Matt Mounie, Ben Anderson and Megan Spear <br /> have extensive experience managing project development and coalescing resources to <br /> commission successful solar projects. Once we have the pleasure of working with St. <br /> Anthony Village and following a completed Agreement, our Project Managers will <br /> communicate and coordinate the project through each phase up to and including the <br /> Witness testing to energize the solar array. <br /> Operations & Maintenance <br /> Our Team at All Energy Solar is set up to support our customers with in-office <br /> Customer Support and dispatchable, reactive service in the field for any customer <br /> array maintenance or warranty items. That said, if you would like to consider an <br /> annual preventative maintenance plan at any time before or after our Workmanship <br /> Warranty Period is reached, All Energy Solar can offer this scheduled service and will <br /> complete the following site tasks during an annual visit to the Project Site. <br /> ○Visual inspection of all array modules <br /> ○ Visual inspection of electrical connectors <br /> ○ Visual inspection of combiner boxes and inverters <br /> ○ Assess vegetation / debris impact on solar access <br /> ○ Torque check on sampling of mechanical and electrical connections <br /> ○ Visual inspection of monitoring monitoring hardware and data acquisition system <br /> ○ Visual inspection of switches - exercise as needed <br /> ○ Verify all inverters/sensors are connected and reporting <br /> ○ Owner Site Summary Report delivered within one week of site visit with findings. <br /> This O&M Plan is offered to St. Anthony Village at no cost for 5 years, and <br /> $1,000 per year following Year 5 with a 3% escalator. <br /> Proprietary & Confidential - please do not Redistribute
