Steve came from <br /> the tree care industry where he has led and managed various aspects of commercial <br /> and residential tree care, sales and operations within the industry. He graduated from <br /> University of Stevens Point with degrees in Resource Management and Urban <br /> Forestry. Steve enjoys helping clients care for their property in a green and sustainable <br /> way. Steve lives in the country with his daughter Meadow, wife Kimberly, and an <br /> array of dogs, cats and other farm animals on their hobby farm. <br /> Jack Mason - Commercial Designer and Estimator <br /> Jack has been working on the Commercial Solutions team at All Energy Solar since <br /> July of 2022. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN with a <br /> degree in Statistics. He then spent 8 years as a software engineer working on data <br /> analytics and project optimization for utility fleets. Jack then earned a certification in <br /> Architectural Technology from Minneapolis College to pursue a career with a more <br /> beneficial environmental impact. Since joining the team at AES, Jack has designed <br /> over 3MW worth of commercial solar installations. <br /> Eric Erb - Commercial Designer and Estimator <br /> Eric joined the Commercial Solutions team at All Energy Solar <br /> in June of 2023, bringing with him more than two years of field experience as a <br /> member of All Energy Solar ’s Engineering Site Visit team.
