On October 17, she attended the NineNorth Board Meetings. She congratulated the <br />St. Anthony Civic Orchestra which celebrated a 501' anniversary with a concert on October 20, <br />2024. <br />XI. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Dr. Bibi Neumann, 3404 Silver Lane stated she was one of the first to submit a request for a <br />SWOT analysis. She is in support of the Police contract and took offense to one of the speakers. <br />She received a checklist from the International Association of Chiefs of Police, noting a new <br />facility will cost millions of dollars and asked if the new facility would have services to her. <br />XII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />Councilmember Doolan announced on October 23, 2024, at Village Pub from 7-9 p.m. is the <br />Chamber of Commerce Networking Event for the month. <br />XIII.
