12 <br /> <br />Ten (10) Years But Less Than Fifteen (15) /Month 4% <br />Fifteen (15) Years But Less Than Twenty (20) /Month 5% <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />20. NON-DISCRIMINATION. <br /> <br />20.1 Neither the Union nor the EMPLOYER shall discriminate against any EMPLOYEE on any basis <br />prohibited by law. <br /> <br /> <br />21. CALL-BACK. <br /> <br /> 21.1. EMPLOYEES called back to work under conditions defined in Section 3.3 will receive a <br />minimum of one (1) hour of overtime pay. <br /> <br /> 21.2. EMPLOYEES called back to work under conditions defined in Section 3.3 on a holiday as <br />defined in Section 15.4 shall be paid two (2) times their hourly rate per hour for the duration of <br />the callback. <br /> <br /> <br />22. DURATION. <br /> <br />This Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 2025 and shall remain in full force and effect until <br />December 31. 2026.
