ORDINANCE NO. ___ <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />2. When an appeal is filed, a public meeting regarding the matter shall be <br />held before the City Council, acting as the Board of Adjustments and <br />Appeals, at a regular meeting held within thirty (30) calendar days of <br />the receipt of the appeal. The Board of Adjustments and Appeals may <br />consider any of the evidence that has previously been considered as part <br />of the formal action that is the subject of the appeal. New or additional <br />information from the appealing applicant(s) may be considered by the <br />Board of Adjustments and Appeals at its sole discretion if that <br />information serves to clarify information previously considered by the <br />Chief of Police and/or Community Development Director. <br /> <br />(L) MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS: <br />1. Maintenance of Records. License holder shall keep a register of persons <br />who rent the licensed premises. The record is written documentation of <br />the dates and duration of rentals. The record may be maintained <br />electronically, in a book, or on cards. If maintained electronically, the <br />record shall be printable. A copy of the register must be submitted by <br />the license holder with submission of the monthly lodging tax, if <br />applicable. <br />2. All records, files and documents pertaining to the Short-Term Rental <br />License Program shall be maintained in the office of the City and made <br />available to the public as allowed or required by applicable laws, rules, <br />codes, statutes or ordinances. <br />Section 5. The City Clerk is hereby directed to make the changes required by this Ordinance <br />as part of the Official St. Anthony City Code, Title XV, Zoning Ordinance, and to <br />renumber the tables and chapters accordingly as necessary to provide the intended <br />effect of this Ordinance. The City Clerk is further directed to make necessary <br />corrections to any internal citations that result from said renumbering process, <br />provided that such changes retain the purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance <br />as has been adopted. <br /> <br />Section 6. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage <br />and publication. This ordinance may be published by summary publication, <br />per a duly adopted resolution of the City Council. The ordinance in its entirety <br />and any related map shall be posted on the City website after publication. Copies <br />of the complete Ordinance and map are available online and at St. Anthony <br />City Hall for examination upon request. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY the St. Anthony City Council this ____ day of ______, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br />21
