The three resolutions for your consideration are: <br /> <br />A Resolution Calling a Hearing for the 202 5 Street Improvement Project <br />This resolution sets a public hearing to be held on April 22, 2025, at 7:00 pm. On February 4, <br />2025, bids for the 2025 Street and Utility Improvement Project were opened. The low bid received <br />for the project was $2,531,570.55. The total cost of the improvement as presented to Council in <br />the feasibility study was $2,815,300. The revised estimated total cost of the improvements is <br />$3,041,700. The revised costs include approximately $57,100 for concrete walk overlay along <br />St. Anthony Boulevard, approximately $32,500 for replacement of a damaged hydrant on Skycroft <br />Drive, approximately $19,100 forcemain bypass improvements to the existing lift station on Foss <br />Road, and approximately $82,000 for additional drainage improvements within Central Park not <br />originally identified during the feasibility study. <br /> <br />A Resolution Declaring the Cost to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of Proposed <br />Assessments for the 2025 Street and Utility Improvement Project <br />This resolution declares the amount to be assessed to be approximately $633,700. <br /> <br />A Resolution Calling a Hearing on the Proposed Assessments for the 202 5 Street <br />And Utility Improvement Project <br />This resolution sets an assessment hearing to be held on April 22, 2025, at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, I will be present at the March 25, 2025 Council Meeting to discuss with <br />you or please call me at 612.282.3641. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />WSB <br /> <br /> Katie Koscielak <br />Project Manager <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />cc: Jeremy Gumke, City of St. Anthony Village <br /> Jennifer Doyle, City of St. Anthony Village <br /> Justin Messner, WSB <br />69
