A calculated estimate/analysis of costs to maintain each ice rink can be done but
keeping in mind that space is the primary issue (not financials).
- Group is open to exploring modifications for Silver Point Park.
- If Central Park’s ice rink becomes dual purpose for a summer dog park, determine if
there is a specific surface that can be used that will be able to accommodate both uses.
- Mapping GIS layers of drainage/empty areas in St. Anthony Village for a dog park.
Realistically the Pahl neighborhood pocket park is the only one we’d want to consider,
otherwise a dog park would be too much for an area with houses immediately around it.
- Consider PEC conducting a comprehensive survey to gather data and insight of
community needs in park system.

Adjournment:
Mayor Webster adjourned the Work Session at 7:51 pm.
