See Appendix B: Xcel Energy’s Partners in Energy Planning Process for <br />more information about the planning process and Xcel Energy Partners in Energy. <br />Saint Anthony Village joined more than 40 other Minnesota communities that have developed Energy <br />Action Plans through Xcel Energy’s Partners in Energy, an offering that provides resources for <br />community energy planning.
