This resolution sets a public hearing to be held on April 22, 2025, at 7:00 <br />p.m. On February 4, 2025, bids for the 2025 Street and Utility Improvement Project were <br />opened. The low bid received for the project was $2,531,570.55. The total cost of the <br />improvement as presented in the feasibility study was $2,815,300. The revised estimated total <br />cost of the improvements is $3,041,700. The revised costs include approximately $57,100 for <br />concrete walk overlay along St. Anthony Boulevard, approximately $32,500 for replacement of a <br />damaged hydrant on Skycroft Drive, approximately $19,100 forcemain bypass improvements to <br />the existing lift station on Foss Road and approximately $82,000 for additional drainage <br />improvements within Central Park not originally identified during the feasibility study. <br />Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution <br />25-022 — Calling for a Public Hearing for the 2025 Street Improvement Project. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />b. Resolution 25-023 — Declaring the Cost to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation <br />of the Proposed Assessments for the 2025 Street Improvement Project. <br />Ms. Koscielak reviewed this is a resolution declaring the cost to be assessed and ordering <br />preparation of proposed assessments for the 2025 Street and Utility Improvement Project. This <br />resolution declares the amount to be assessed to be approximately $633,700. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Doolan, to approve Resolution <br />25-023 — Declaring the Cost to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of the Proposed <br />Assessments for the 2025 Street Improvement Project. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />C. Resolution 25-024 — Calling a Hearing on the Proposed Assessments for the 2025 <br />Street and Utility Improvement Project. <br />Ms. Koscielak stated this resolution sets an assessment hearing to be held on April 22, 2025 at <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Motion by Councilmember Doolan, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution <br />25-024 — Calling for a Public Hearing on the Proposed Assessments for the 2025 Street and <br />Utility Improvement Project. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />C. Public Works Annual Report. <br />Public Works Director Jeremy Gumke reviewed a PowerPoint of the Public Works Annual <br />Report for 2024. The report included the Public Works Mission Statement, Staff in the Public <br />Works Department, Street Maintenance Division, Salt & Salt Brine 2020-2025, Parks <br />
