Chiefs respond as <br />available. <br />•Automatic “all-call” for personnel to respond from home. <br />•Those responding from home, staff station for city <br />coverage. <br />Critical <br />Calls <br />•Transport agency request one or two firefighters to ride <br />with to the hospital. <br />•“All-call” is placed for all personnel to respond from home <br />to staff station. <br />•Vehicle is sent to hospital to pick-up firefighter(s) <br />Data: Increase in Calls for Service <br />1,957 CALLS BUSIEST ON RECORD <br />110% Increase over past 20 years (2004 –925) <br />172 Instances an additional call came out as the duty crew was <br />tied up on another call <br />36 Calls a Chief (or Both) has been available to take 2nd Call; <br />25 Callbacks for all personnel <br />112 Duty cleared and responded <br />1 Split the crew to respond to call
