City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />April 8, 2025 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Councilmember Doolan asked when the 30 would be reached, and Mr. Yunker stated in 2026. 1 <br />This was a lot of progress in 3 months. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Mayor Webster stated she recalled the number to be 29 and wonders if that includes retirements. 4 <br />Mr. Yunker noted when a cadet is used they are not guaranteed a position. 5 <br /> 6 <br />X. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. 7 <br /> 8 <br />City Manager Yunker had no report. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Councilmember Doolan stated she supported a bill to the Met Council on the BRT on Lowry. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Councilmember Jenson stated on March 27, he attended the Board of Directors Meeting for 13 <br />Northeast Youth and Family Services. On April 6, he spoke to a couple from Falcon Heights 14 <br />who participated in Coffee with Police Officers in Falcon Heights. They were very impressed 15 <br />with the St. Anthony Police Officers and they are glad to be back with St. Anthony Policing. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Councilmember Elnagdy had no report. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Mayor Webster stated on April 5, she participated in the celebrity race of the Cub Scouts 20 <br />Pinewood Derby at Faith Methodist Church. The Police Department took first place. She 21 <br />attended the Spring Wine Tasting at the Marketplace Liquor Store. 22 <br /> 23 <br />XI. COMMUNITY FORUM - NONE. 24 <br /> 25 <br />No one appeared to address the City Council. 26 <br /> 27 <br />XII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Councilmember Doolan announced the Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting will be held on 30 <br />April 24, 2025, at Jax Café at 5:30 p.m. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Within the next few weeks, we will start seeing Flyers posted for the Earth Day Cleanup in the 33 <br />Parks. There are a number of community organizations that are planning different kinds of clean-34 <br />up events and other programs to get people engaged in doing something good. 35 <br /> 36 <br />A. Future Agenda Items. 37 <br /> 38 <br /> The next Work Session Meeting and Regular Council Meeting will be held on April 22, 2025. 39 <br /> 40 <br />XIII.
