CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 25-036 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TIBYAN COMMUNITY CENTER PROJECT AT 2401 <br />LOWRY AVENUE NE, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS AS SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICABLE <br />RESOLUTION FOR SAID PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village approves the Tibyan Community Center <br />project, subject to the conditions stated in City Council Resolution 25-036 for <br />which an Environmental Response Fund grant application is being submitted to <br />the Hennepin County Environment and Energy Department; and <br />WHEREAS, the grant funds received will be used for environmental remediation related to the <br />Tibyan Community Center project. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village <br />that the City Council hereby approves the Tibyan Community Center clean-up project, for which an <br />Environmental Response Fund grant application is being submitted to the Hennepin County Environment <br />and Energy Department. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of April, 2025 <br />_______________________________ <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />Attest: ______________________________ <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for Administration:______________________________ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />35
