CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 25-035 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2025-02 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has enacted the above referenced ordinance concerning <br />the recodification of the City Code and; <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2025-02. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2025-02 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2025-02 <br />An Ordinance Amending the Saint Anthony Village City Code Relating to Administration, Permitting <br />and Fees, Signage, Natural Landscapes, Transient/Temporary Business Licensing, Performance <br />Standards, Permitted Uses, Temporary Signs, Dangerous Animals, Recreational Fires, Nuisances, and <br />Land Use Enforcement and Compliance <br />The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony adopted Ordinance 2025-02 on April 22, 2025 updating and <br />amending numerous sections of the City Code. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 224�day of April, 2025. <br />ATTEST:'Q'-AAuC"- <br />City Cl rk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />Char ie Yunker, City Manager <br />
