ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 25-034 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID <br />FOR THE 2025 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the <br />above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and <br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Contractor Total Bid <br />1 North Valley, Inc <br />$2,531,570.55 <br />2 Northwest <br />$2,595,229.26 <br />3 Bituminous Roadways, Inc. <br />$2,598,988.75 <br />4 Valley Paving, Inc <br />$2,778,719.00 <br />5 Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. <br />$2,970,430.39 <br />6 GMH Asphalt Corporation <br />$2,983,821.50 <br />7 Park Construction Company <br />$2,990,565.60 <br />8 New Look Contracting, Inc. <br />$3,095,521.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that North Valley, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1.) The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with North <br />Valley, Inc. in the amount of $2,531,570.55 in the name of the City of St. Anthony Village, <br />Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project according to the plans and <br />specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.)
