ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 25-033 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR THE 2025 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for various <br />public improvements is 35% (low density residential reconstruction improvements), <br />50% (high density residential reconstruction improvements), and 50% (mill and <br />overlay improvements) assessable as follows: <br />Years First Year Levy <br />15 2025 <br />For improvements to the following: <br />Collectible Assessed <br />2026 $185,891.68 <br />_Street and Utility Reconstruction <br />• Macalster Drive from 391' Avenue to Railroad <br />Years First Year Levi <br />10 2025 <br />For improvements to the following: <br />First Year <br />Collectible Assessed <br />2026 $447,514.06 <br />Mill and Overlay <br />• 39th Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />• 30th Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />• Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street NE to Silver Lake Road <br />• Murray Avenue from Roosevelt Street NE Coolidge Street NE <br />• 29th Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Highway 88 <br />• Roosevelt Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 30th Avenue NE <br />• Wilson Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 30th Avenue NE <br />• Coolidge Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 29th Avenue NE <br />• Anthony Lane N from 29th Avenue NE to Cul-de-sac <br />against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land affected thereby has been duly <br />calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accordance <br />with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and notice has been duly <br />published, as required by law that this Council would meet to hear, consider and pass <br />upon all objections, if any, and said proposed assessment has at all time since its <br />filing been open for public inspection and an opportunity has been given to all <br />interested persons to present their objections if any, to such proposed assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1.) This Council, having heard and considered all objections so presented, finds that each of the <br />lots, pieces and parcels of land enumerated in the proposed assessment was and is specially <br />benefited by the construction of said improvement in not less than the amount of the <br />assessment set opposite the description of each such lot, piece and parcel of land <br />
