However, I was able to attend a <br />Planning Commission work session recently and was surprised <br />to learn that the City has been deliberating potential changes to <br />residential rental regulations for over a year. <br />The data and discussion at the meeting suggested that there <br />are no actual rental issues resulting from the City’s current <br />rental zoning.
