The assessment policy for street <br />28 reconstruction includes Up to 30-foot-wide, 10-ton design roadway, properties assessed on a <br />29 front-foot basis, low-density residential – 35%, and high-density residential – 50%. The <br />30 assessment policy for mill and overlay of residential roads is Interior lots – 1 unit and corner lots <br />31 – 0.5 unit on each roadway. For commercial/multifamily properties are assessed on a front foot <br />32 basis. Project funding for Commercial was reviewed along with assessments policies. The <br />33 project schedule was presented. Residents can sign up to receive email and/or text message <br />34 project status updates by visiting the project webpage located under Government then Projects <br />35 on the City’s website at https://savmn.com. <br />36 <br />37 Councilmember Randle stated he received a text from someone walking their dog around the <br />38 pond by Central Park and saw a flag and asked if this was part of the project. Ms. Koscielak <br />39 stated the County is doing some native grass installations at Central Park and Silver Point Park. <br />40 <br />41 Mayor Webster opened the public hearing at 7:37 p.m. <br />42 <br />a.43 Resolution 25-032 – Ordering Improvements for the 2025 Street and Utility <br />44 Improvement Project. <br />45 <br />5
