CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 25-043 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />FOR RINCON CATRACHITO LOCATED AT 2510 KENZIE TERRACE <br />WHEREAS, the applicants filed a completed application for an On -sale Intoxicating Liquor <br />License for Rincon Catrachito located at 2510 Kenzie Terrace on May 23, <br />2025; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the application materials and completed a background <br />check;and <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Five Hole located at 3701 Stinson Blvd. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village hereby approves an On -sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Rincon Catrachito located at 2510 Kenzie Terrace. <br />Adopted this 10th day of June, 2025. <br />Jan ier4dn, Mayor Pro Tem <br />ATTEST: <br />City 9erk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
