She thanked Megan for her <br />service to St. Anthony. <br />Mayor Webster thanked Trista for her service and noted that at the work session prior to this <br />meeting, they had 81h graders sharing their Knowledge to Action Projects. Mayor Webster also <br />thanked Megan for her great spirit of giving. <br />VI. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A. Approve April 22, 2025, Council Meetins,-, Minutes. <br />B. License and Permits. <br />C. Claims. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elnagdy, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda items. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />VIL PUBLIC HEARING - NONE. <br />VIII. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. <br />A. Resolution 25-037 — Approving a Request for a Conditional Use Permit for a 34-Unit <br />Assisted Living Facility as Well as Variances from the Side Yard Setback in an R-4 <br />Zoning District, From Parking Requirements in an R4 Zoning District, and from the <br />Impervious Surface Maximum in an R4 Zoning District. <br />City Planner Stephen Grittman reviewed Staff and Planning Commission recommends approval <br />of Resolution 25-037 based on the following findings and with the conditions as specified in the <br />Resolution. <br />The application and modifications made to the original submission were described. The proposed <br />Resolution encompasses the following applications: <br />1. Approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a 34-unit Assisted Living Facility in an R-4 <br />District. <br />2. Approval of a Variance to the Required side yard setback to the south to 10.5 feet as <br />shown on the site plan. <br />3. Approval of a Variance to Parking Requirements (quantity and requirements for <br />underground) to provide 16 on -site surface parking spaces. <br />4. Approval of a Variance to the maximum impervious surface standards, increasing <br />impervious surface to a maximum of 53.8% coverage. <br />
