ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />JULY 22, 2025 <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Jenson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />IL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Jenson invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />III. ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Pro Tem Jan Jenson, Mayor Webster (Online), Councilmembers Lona <br />.Doolan, Nadia Elnagdy, and Thomas Randle. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: City Manager Charlie Yunker, Assistant City Manager Ashley Morello, Police <br />Sergeant Jim South, VillageFest Representative Julianne Hunter, and Liquor <br />Operations Manager Mike Larson. <br />Others Present: None. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE <br />FOLLOWING ITEMS. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF DULY 22, 2025 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Doolan, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of July 22, 2025, as presented. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />V. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Night to Unite Presentation. <br />Police Sergeant South reviewed that St. Anthony has had Night to Unite Block Parties for 17 <br />years. This year's event is on August 5, 2025. There are currently 34 block parties registered. <br />Registration is still open until July 29. <br />B. Night to Unite Proclamation. <br />The City Council read the Night to Unite Proclamation in full, proclaiming August 5, 2025, as <br />Night to Unite Day throughout St. Anthony Village. <br />Councilmember Doolan recognized Police Sergeant South for his recognition by Falcon Heights. <br />
