City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />May 13, 2025 <br />Page 2 <br />1 <br />2 Councilmember Randle congratulated both. <br />3 <br />4 Councilmember Doolan congratulated Trista and stated she loves Curiouser Foods. <br />5 Councilmember Doolan stated she and Megan have partnered in many activities. <br />6 <br />7 Councilmember Jenson thanked both for their contributions to St. Anthony. <br />8 <br />9 Councilmember Elnagdy thanked Trista for staying in St. Anthony. She thanked Megan for her <br />10 service to St. Anthony. <br />11 <br />12 Mayor Webster thanked Trista for her service and noted that at the work session prior to this <br />13 meeting, they had 8th graders sharing their Knowledge to Action Projects. Mayor Webster also <br />14 thanked Megan for her great spirit of giving. <br />15 <br />16 VI.CONSENT AGENDA. <br />17 <br />18 A.Approve April 22, 2025, Council Meeting Minutes. <br />19 B.License and Permits. <br />20 C.Claims. <br />21 <br />22 Motion by Councilmember Elnagdy, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the <br />23 Consent Agenda items. <br />24 <br />25 Motion carried 5-0. <br />26 <br />27 VII.PUBLIC HEARING - NONE. <br />28 <br />29 VIII.REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. <br />30 <br />A.31 Resolution 25-037 – Approving a Request for a Conditional Use Permit for a 34-Unit <br />32 Assisted Living Facility as Well as Variances from the Side Yard Setback in an R-4 <br />33 Zoning District, From Parking Requirements in an R-4 Zoning District, and from the <br />34 Impervious Surface Maximum in an R-4 Zoning District. <br />35 <br />36 City Planner Stephen Grittman reviewed Staff and Planning Commission recommends approval <br />37 of Resolution 25-037 based on the following findings and with the conditions as specified in the <br />38 Resolution. <br />39 <br />40 The application and modifications made to the original submission were described. The proposed <br />41 Resolution encompasses the following applications: <br />1.42 Approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a 34-unit Assisted Living Facility in an R-4 <br />43 District. <br />2.44 Approval of a Variance to the Required side yard setback to the south to 10.5 feet as <br />45 shown on the site plan.
