CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-051 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF CENTRAL PARK FOR A SPECIAL <br />EVENT ON AUGUST 1 & 2, 2025 <br />WHEREAS, Julianne Hunter has submitted a special event permit to use city property to host <br />VillageFest on August 1 & 2, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested access for event set up on August 1, 2025 as well as <br />clean up on August 3, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the event will include live bands with amplified sound, alcohol, food trucks, <br />bouncies, a petting zoo, bingo, silent auction and fireworks. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves <br />Approved this 22nd day of July, 2025. <br />_________________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:___________________________ <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _______________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />27
