WHEREAS, the Minnesota Crime Prevention Association, AAA of Minnesota, and the Saint Anthony <br />Village Police Department are sponsoring a statewide crime and drug prevention program <br />on August 5, 2025, called "Night to Unite"; and <br />WHEREAS, this is the 17 Annual Night to Unite in Minnesota, and it provides a unique opportunity for <br />Saint Anthony Village to join forces with hundreds of other communities across Minnesota in <br />promoting cooperative, police-community crime and drug prevention efforts; and <br />th <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village plays a vital role in assisting the Saint Anthony Village <br />Police Department through joint crime and drug prevention efforts in Saint Anthony Village and is <br />supporting Night to Unite 2025 locally; and <br />WHEREAS, it is essential that all citizens of Saint Anthony Village be aware of the importance <br />of crime prevention programs and the impact their participation can have on reducing crime <br />and drug abuse in the City of Saint Anthony Village; and <br /> WHEREAS, police and community together promoting neighborhood safety, awareness <br />and cooperation, are important themes of the Night to Unite program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Wendy Webster, Mayor of Saint Anthony Village, <br />have the distinct honor of proclaiming <br />August 5, 2025 as Night to Unite Day <br />throughout Saint Anthony Village, Minnesota <br />Night to Unite <br />August 5, 2025 <br />PROCLAMATION <br />City of Saint Anthony Village, 3301 Silver Lake Road, Saint Anthony Village, Minnesota <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />July 22, 2025 <br />5
