CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-056 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID FOR THE ROOF REPLACEMENT AT THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village received a bid from Jackson & Associates to <br />replace a portion of the Public Works Facility roof; and <br />WHEREAS, the bid totaled $174,045 which includes features suited for solar panel <br />installation. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves the bid for the roof replacement at the Public Works Facility. <br />Approved this 26th day of August, 2025. <br />_________________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:___________________________ <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _______________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />32
