Page 9 <br />XVI.OFFENSES. <br />All offenses within Lauderdale charged by police officers under this Agreement will be charged <br />in accordance with Lauderdale’ ordinances when possible; otherwise, the charge will be made in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota or the laws of the United States of America. <br />XVII.COMMUNICATIONS. <br />St. Anthony agrees to provide the Lauderdale City Administrator with weekly, monthly, and <br />annual police reports, in a format as is mutually agreed to by the St. Anthony Police Chief and the <br />Lauderdale City Administrator. <br />The St. Anthony Police Chief will regularly communicate with the Lauderdale City Administrator <br />in order to ensure that Lauderdale is knowledgeable about any police activity in Lauderdale, and <br />at the request of the Lauderdale City Administrator, the Police Chief will make presentations to <br />the Lauderdale City Council. <br />XVIII.PROSECUTION COSTS, REVENUES. <br />Lauderdale will pay all costs of prosecution for all offenses charged within its boundaries or under <br />its ordinances. Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (“LEAA”) funds and all funds legally <br />confiscated and property forfeited will be retained by St. Anthony. Revenue from fines levied <br />within Lauderdale will be paid to Lauderdale. Peace Officer Standards and Training funds will be <br />used for officer training. <br />XIX.REVIEW OF AGREEMENT. <br />From time to time the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be reviewed and revised, as St. <br />Anthony and Lauderdale deem necessary. <br />XX.GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />A.Entire Agreement. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding of <br />the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or <br />contemporaneous agreements and understandings of the Parties, whether verbal or written, <br />relating to the subject matter hereof. <br />B.Assignment. Neither Party shall assign its interests or rights under this Agreement to any <br />third party without the prior written consent of the other Party, which shall not be <br />unreasonably withheld. <br />C.Amendments. Any modification or amendment to this Agreement shall require a written <br />agreement signed by both Parties. <br />D.Compliance with Law. In connection with Policing Services rendered hereunder, St. <br />Anthony agrees to abide by all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations. <br />33
